Since July 2022, the aluminum intelligent manufacturing base construction project was started to build, with a total investment of 356.18 million RMB, the total land area of the project is 85,200 square meters，and the construction area reach 100,000 square meters. Aluminum alloy ingot is produced by recycling 100% scrap metal as raw material. Connect upstream and downstream through the extension of the industrial chain. From recycling scrap metal smelting to metal product manufacturing, from a single material supply production enterprise to a terminal production enterprise.

Gradually will have kitchenware production line, new energy auto parts production line, It will reach an annual output of 58,000 tons of high-quality recycled aluminum, cookware 3.5 million sets, new energy auto parts 500,000 sets of production capacity, annual sales revenue of more than 1 billion RMB, and tax of 40 million RMB enterprises. 

In 2024, company invested 30 million RMB to build a new production line with an annual output of 4 million pcs of die-casting aluminum pots, and create a die-casting digital workshop with intelligent and automatic equipment. The aluminum liquid is directly supplied to the die-casting workshop from the aluminum melting workshop, which effectively reduces the energy consumption and production loss. Meantime, the byproducts such as aluminum slag and extra aluminum handle in the die-casting process are uniformly recycled to the aluminum melting workshop for reuse.
